RenewAire, LLC is pleased to announce that Michael Fredricks is joining RenewAire as VP Sales.
Over the last 20 years, Mike has had the opportunity to build successful growth strategies and high performance sales and marketing teams in HVAC manufacturing, direct sales, service and distribution environments for best-in-class brands in North America.
Mike’s most recent assignment was VP Sales for Pure Health Solutions Inc., in Vernon Hills, IL. At Pure Health Solutions, a leading manufacturer and supplier of technologically advanced bottle-less water coolers and other beverage products, Mike directly managed a staff of sales professionals, including those responsible for dealer sales and national accounts, as well as branch managers and call center support staff. He and his team lead national company expansion efforts, including opening additional company owned locations and expanding direct and dealer sales channels.
Earlier in his career, Mike held additional sales and marketing management positions where he led channel development, field sales representatives and inside sales teams for USP, Inc. / AWHR, LLC, and Culligan International. Mike’s HVAC experience includes positions with Service Master, where he managed the marketing relationship with The Home Depot over multiple Regions, and also Sears Roebuck and Company where he created and managed the first integrated sales, service and installation business unit for the organization. Prior to that, he was with Skil-aire, a manufacturer of air conditioning and precision control systems, where he grew sales by procuring a team of manufacturer representatives and developing the first national wholesale distribution network for the company.
