ABOUT RENEWAIRE
RenewAire has been manufacturing ERVs and DOAS units for over 40 years.
Our products provide energy-efficient ventilation, as they recover otherwise-wasted energy to precondition incoming outdoor air. This means that in the winter, the cold, dry outside air is preheated and humidified by the outgoing warm interior air. Conversely, in the summertime, the warm incoming air is pre-cooled and dehumidified by the cool, exiting exhaust air.

From single-family homes to multi-family applications like apartments, assisted living facilities, and dormitories, RenewAire offers a broad range of residential ERVs. Our residential line has a CFM range of 30-390.
RenewAire ERV Benefits
Energy Efficient
An energy recovery ventilator, or ERV, uses balanced airflows to recover otherwise-expended total energy comprised of heat (sensible energy) and humidity (latent energy). In summer, warm and humid outside air is pre-cooled and dehumidified via the total energy from the outgoing cool interior air. In winter, cold and dry outside air is preheated and humidified via the total energy from the outgoing warm interior air. Subsequently, less energy is needed for conditioning and ventilation.
Improved Indoor Air Quality
As energy-efficient buildings get tighter to seal weather out, they seal in contaminants, causing deficient indoor air quality (IAQ). Increasing ventilation indoors can improve IAQ. But, the downside is that it can increase energy use. However, this is not the case with RenewAire ERVs. Our energy recovery technology reuses otherwise-wasted energy to actually lower energy use.
Reliability
RenewAire's ERVs are built-to-last with an average lifespans of 25+ years. Every RenewAire ERV comes equipped with an industry-leading 10-year structural and performance warranty for the static-plate core. Plus, they have an additional two-year structural warranty for commercial products and five-year structural warranty for residential products.
