Production
Our Production team kits, parts, assembles, wires, and conducts final ERV testing. While many team members bring a general manufacturing background, others provide specialized HVAC experience. Because we prioritize a high-quality work environment, our facility remains clean, bright, and fully air-conditioned. Additionally, we offer flexible scheduling with overtime opportunities to support a strong team atmosphere.
Engineering
Designing new energy recovery ventilators and providing technical support to the production, materials and customer-support teams are just some of the things that the Engineering team does at RenewAire. Most team members have a degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, and they’re always willing to help and share their knowledge.
Fabrication
Within our Fabrication department, our team produces the high-quality component parts required to manufacture RenewAire ERVs. Because we value diverse expertise, team members bring backgrounds in manufacturing, machining, maintenance, and scheduling. By working with innovative machines in a clean and relaxed environment, our staff maintains a strong, team-oriented culture. Marketing and Sales
RenewAire’s Sales and Marketing department is a high-performance team driving global growth through technical B2B marketing and strategic channel partner support. Our roles are integrated across the entire customer journey, spanning Product Management, technical sales coordination, creative services, and proactive customer support. We are dedicated to education-based selling—empowering engineers and contractors with the data needed to achieve greater energy efficiency and improve indoor air quality (IAQ).
Research and Development (R&D)
Beyond standard testing, Research and Development drives numerous product-validation services. These include airflow, thermal performance, materials analysis, prototyping, and new capability production for use across all functional areas. To ensure accuracy, we employ engineers with HVAC manufacturing experience and specialized data-acquisition technicians. By working to improve methods and expand capabilities, our team proactively solves new engineering problems.
Administration, Human Resources
Because people are a priority at RenewAire, our Human Resources and Administration teams actively serve all employees and applicants. To do this, we employ professionals with specialized backgrounds in HR, payroll, and training. By integrating expertise in finance and accounting, our staff provides comprehensive support across the entire organization. Within this collaborative environment, we ensure every team member has the resources they need to succeed.
Information Technology (IT)
Through network and system support, our Information Technology (IT) team drives the growing business needs at RenewAire. To do this, we provide software development to internal partners while collaborating with outside vendors on customer-facing systems. Beyond technical expertise, our team brings diverse backgrounds in Human Resources, Teaching, and Administration. Consequently, this varied experience allows us to provide more effective and user-friendly solutions across the organization.
