Production
This department kits parts, assembles, wires and conducts final ERV testing. Team-member backgrounds are in general manufacturing, and some have HVAC experience. The facility is clean, bright and air conditioned, and scheduling is flexible with overtime opportunities. There’s a strong team atmosphere, and most see RenewAire as their extended family.
Engineering
Designing new energy recovery ventilators and providing technical support to the production, materials and customer-support teams are just some of the things that the Engineering team does at RenewAire. Most team members have a degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, and they’re always willing to help and share their knowledge.
Fabrication
The Fabrication department produces high-quality component parts used to manufacture ERVs. Team members come from manufacturing, machining, maintenance, scheduling and several other backgrounds. The team works with innovative machines in a relaxed, clean, bright, team-oriented environment. Scheduling is flexible with many overtime opportunities, and advanced training and career development are provided.
Marketing and Sales
RenewAire’s Marketing and Sales department has a variety of roles from customer service, product management, sales, and creative services. Marketing and Sales at RenewAire is dynamic and impacts the growth of the business. The culture is one of support, collaboration, positivity, and passion for the brand. We believe that “nothing happens until someone sells something!”
Research and Development (R&D)
Research and Development focuses heavily numerous product-testing services. This includes airflow, thermal performance, materials analysis, prototyping and new capability production for use by other functional areas of RenewAire. It incorporates engineers with HVAC manufacturing experience and data-acquisition technicians. Further, the department works to improve methods, expand capabilities and help solve new problems.
Administration, Human Resources
Information Technology (IT)
The growing business needs at RenewAire are supported by our Information Technology (IT) team through network and system support as well as software development to internal partners. The team also works with outside vendors and assists with customer-facing software systems. The team consists of several backgrounds, including Human Resources, Teaching and Administrative.

Our Intern Program
RenewAire offers full-time paid internships in several departments, which can potentially lead to full-time employment. Our interns work on real projects, which are typically not data entry. In fact, these are skilled positions designed to enhance our interns’ academic backgrounds and provide them with real-world experiences.
