We have residential energy recovery ventilators (ERVs) for all types of homes—from single-family houses to multi-family applications (apartments, condos, dorms, assisted living facilities, etc.). Our residential line of ERVs includes the SL, Aeri™, EV, EV Premium, Evergreen™, BR, and HE series. The combined airflow range of the residential line is from 30 CFM to 390 CFM.

Single Family Homes
RenewAire’s award-winning EV Premium ERVs are ideal for energy-efficient homes as well as PHIUS applications. Comprised of eight different models, these ERVs have a CFM range of 30-390. Standard features include: EC motorized impellers, boost mode capability, Dial-A-Flow controls, a low-voltage circuit for controls, and a white-painted cabinet.
Multi-Family Applications
With their low-profile and slim design, RenewAire’s SL series ERVs are perfect for ventilating multi-family spaces like apartments and condominiums. Comprised of two different models, these ERVs have a CFM range of 30-130. Standard features include: hard-wired or line-cord power, EC impellers, Dial-A-Flow controller, and variable speed boost-mode.
Dormitories
Coming in at 34.6″ (L) x 37.6″ (W), RenewAire’s HE05 ERV fits into most T-bar ceilings and boasts a CFM of up to 375 making this unit ideal for college dormitories. Standard features include: EC motorized impellers, 24VAC transformer/relay package, cross-core differential pressure ports, independent blower control, plus OA/SA and RA/EA swappable airflows.
