The RenewAire EV Premium+ SH energy recovery ventilator (ERV) is designed for both single and multi-family homes. The EV Premium+ SH meets 2025 California Energy Commission’s (CEC) Title 24, Part 6 Fault Indicator Display requirements with an airflow range of 30–130 CFM. In addition to residential applications, the EV Premium+ SH ERV is certified for light commercial and could be installed in factory offices and apartment complexes.

The unit features hard-wired power, EC motorized impellers, and MERV 13 filter on the outdoor airstream (available as an accessory). It also offers constant volume airflow setpoints, independent low and high/boost-mode speeds, filter and fault monitoring/indication. The EV Premium+ SH utilizes one L-30-G5 static plate core. This cellulosic-based core contains no PVCs or halogenated flame retardants.

Available options and accessories include the interactive 4-inch Touchscreen Control+ (TC1+), countdown timer (LVCT), percent timer (LVPT), BACnet Fan ControlRH Electric Duct Heater, MERV 13 filters.

Certified by ETL and the Home Ventilating Institute (HVI) against standard CAN/CSAC439-18 for an industry-leading CFM/w and energy transfer effectiveness. Superior core flammability performance; passes UL-723 and UL-1812.

MAINTENANCE

RenewAire cores are easy to clean without removing them from the unit, and they never require washing. Annually, vacuum the four core faces using a soft brush. Inspect filters every 3 months and replace as necessary.

RELIABILITY

All RenewAire ERVs have an industry-leading 10-year structural and performance warranty for their static-plate core. In addition to the core warranty, all residential products have a five-year warranty.
