LTL Freight Tracking
Orders shipped via less than a truckload (LTL) freight include: commercial units, EV200 units and some orders with multiple residential units.
For tracking information, please contact RenewAire’s Technical Sales Supoort team at 1-800-627-4499. You will be asked for a Customer Reference Number. You may use either of the following:
- P.O. Number
- RenewAire’s Sales Order Number
- Do not include the zeros before the numbers or the -000 after the numbers
- Correct example: 12345
- Incorrect example: 000-12345-000
UPS Shipment Tracking
Orders shipped via UPS include: replacement parts, accessories, and single unit orders for BR130, EV90, and EV130 model ERVs.
