The RenewAire EV Premium+ M energy recovery ventilator (ERV) provides efficient ventilation for both single-family and multi-family homes. This unit complies with the 2025 California Energy Commission’s (CEC) Title 24, Part 6 Fault Indicator Display requirements and delivers an airflow range of 30–230 CFM. In addition to residential use, its light commercial certification allows for easy installation in offices, retail, and apartment complexes.

  • Sustainable Core: The L-50-G5 core uses cellulosic-based material and contains zero PVCs or halogenated flame retardants

CERTIFICATION

Certified by ETL and the Home Ventilating Institute (HVI) against standard CAN/CSAC439-18 for an industry-leading CFM/w and energy transfer effectiveness. Superior core flammability performance; passes UL-723 and UL-1812.

MAINTENANCE

RenewAire cores are easy to clean without removing them from the unit, and they never require washing. Annually, vacuum the four core faces using a soft brush. Inspect filters every 3 months and replace as necessary.

RELIABILITY

All RenewAire ERVs have an industry-leading 10-year structural and performance warranty for their static-plate core. In addition to the core warranty, all residential products have a five-year warranty.
