Sustainable Learning Environments: Designing for Efficiency and Wellness Webinar

June 24 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Virtual Event
Learn how schools can lower energy costs and improve student wellness through sustainability. Watch this Spaces4Learning webcast (sponsored by RenewAire).

Presented by Spaces4Learning | Sponsored by RenewAire

Today’s educational institutions are facing a critical challenge: how to balance environmental responsibility with high-performance building design, occupant health, and long-term resilience. From carbon reduction and energy efficiency to indoor air quality and water conservation, school districts are adopting holistic sustainability strategies that deliver measurable, long-term benefits.

Tune into this upcoming Spaces4Learning live webcast on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, to explore a real-world blueprint for the campuses of the future. Design experts from HMFH Architects will present a case study on the newly completed Arlington High School in Arlington, MA. Serving 1,750 students and its community, this high-performance campus recently achieved LEED Platinum certification and was purposefully engineered to minimize energy use and optimize long-term facility performance.

The presentation will break down the critical design decisions, obstacles overcome, and key lessons learned that can be applied to any upcoming K-12 or higher-education facility project.
