The RenewAire BR130 energy recovery ventilator (ERV) provides high-efficiency ventilation for single-family homes and residential retrofits. This unit delivers a consistent airflow range of 50–140 CFM. It effectively optimizes indoor air quality by removing stale air and indoor pollutants. The BR130 replaces this exhaust air with fresh, filtered outdoor air to maintain a healthy living environment.

Standard features include a white-painted cabinet and a 36-inch line-cord power supply. The BR130 also features a built-in proportional runtime control and switched terminals for furnace/AC interconnect. Cross-core differential pressure ports allow for precise performance monitoring during setup. The unit offers unmatched installation flexibility and may be duct-mounted or installed through an exterior wall with a kit.

The system utilizes one L-50-G5 static plate core for total energy recovery. This cellulosic-based core contains no PVCs or halogenated flame retardants. Because the technology requires no condensate drain, the BR130 simplifies the installation process in any orientation. Each unit is HVI Tested and Certified to ensure reliable performance data. The BR130 also carries a cULus listing for safety compliance.

MAINTENANCE

RenewAire cores are easy to clean without removing them from the unit, and they never require washing. Annually, vacuum the four core faces using a soft brush. Inspect filters every 3 months and replace as necessary.
