The RenewAire Electric Preheat is an engineered solution for RenewAire HE07INHE07RTHE10INHE10RTHE15INHE15RTHE20IN, and HE20RT energy recovery ventilators (ERVs). This option allows commercial applications like schools, clinics, banks, dental offices, fitness centers, and retail spaces to maintain optimal ventilation performance during extreme cold-weather conditions. Engineered for maximum winter uptime, this option preheats incoming freezing outdoor air before it enters the ERV core, reducing the risk of frost formation, which can restrict airflow. Ideal for Canada and northern U.S. states, the Electric Preheat option helps commercial facilities minimize operational interruptions to HVAC systems in sub-zero temperatures and high humidity conditions inside.

RenewAire’s HE+DX Coil is an engineered solution comprised of a RenewAire HE Series energy recovery ventilator (ERV) with a DX cooling coil for split or VRF systems. This coil enables HE07 and HE10 ERVs to be converted into dedicated outdoor air systems (DOAS). Doing so provides 100% outdoor air and offers a cost-effective alternative to DOAS units. It also reduces lead times significantly and overcomes installation challenges posed by tight spaces.

HE+DX Coil Integrated System

The RenewAire HE+DX Coil Integrated System enables HE07 and HE10 ERVs to be converted into dedicated outdoor air systems (DOAS).
