The RenewAire CA4XRT modular cabinet energy recovery ventilator (ERV) is designed as a flexible integration solution for package AC, chilled beam, fan coils, heat pumps, radiant floor and VRF/VRV systems and has a CFM range of 1,000–4,400 CFM. The CA4XRT is commercially certified, and can be installed for hospitals, schools, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, or institutional applications.

Unit features include a modular cabinet design that has a configurable crossflow or parallel airflows. In addition, roof curbs and MERV 13 filters are available as an accessory. Options for the CA4XRT include single and double wall (optional) construction and 1″ foil-faced insulation. The CA4XRT also has four G5 energy recovery cores, which are comprised of cellulosic-based material, and do not contain/use halogenated flame retardants or PVCs.

CERTIFICATION

Certified under AHRI 1060 for an industry-leading, low-to-zero Exhaust Air Transfer Ratio (EATR) at typical static pressure differential. Superior core flammability performance; passes UL-723 and UL-1812.

MAINTENANCE

Our cores are easy to clean without removing them from the energy recovery ventilator. The cores never require washing. Simply vacuum the four core faces with a soft brush each year. Filters should also be inspected every three months and replaced as necessary.

RELIABILITY

All RenewAire ERVs come with an industry-leading 10-year structural and performance warranty for the static-plate core. In addition to the core warranty, all commercial products have a two-year warranty.
