The award-winning RenewAire EV Premium LH energy recovery ventilator (ERV) is designed for both single and multi-family homes. These ERVs have an airflow range of 30–280 CFM.  In addition to residential applications, the EV Premium LH is also certified light commercial and could be installed in factory offices, conference and break rooms. 

Unit features include hard-wired power, EC motorized impellers, MERV 13 filter on the outdoor airstream (available as an accessory), Dial-A-Flow digital controller, and variable speed with boost-mode. The EV Premium LH also has one L-100-G5 core. The core, which is comprised of cellulosic-based material, doesn’t contain/use halogenated flame retardants or PVCs. 

In 2023, the EV Premium LH along with the EV Premium SH and EV Premium MH was awarded TecHome Builder’s Brilliance Award in the Automated Ventilation System (HRV and ERV) category.

CERTIFICATION

Certified by ETL and the Home Ventilating Institute (HVI) against standard CAN/CSAC439-18 for an industry-leading CFM/w and energy transfer effectiveness. Superior core flammability performance; passes UL-723 and UL-1812.

MAINTENANCE

RenewAire cores are easy to clean without removing them from the unit, and they never require washing. Annually, vacuum the four core faces using a soft brush. Inspect filters every 3 months and replace as necessary.

RELIABILITY

All RenewAire ERVs have an industry-leading 10-year structural and performance warranty for their static-plate core. In addition to the core warranty, all residential products have a five-year warranty.
