DN 3IN Standard

Indoor
750-3300 CFM

The RenewAire DN3IN Standard is an indoor dedicated outdoor air system (DOAS) designed to deliver 100% outside air in sterile environments like laboratories, healthcare facilities, and police evidence lockers. With a typical airflow range of 750–3,300 CFM, the unit utilizes a static-plate total energy recovery core to transfer heat and humidity between airstreams—enhancing energy efficiency and reducing HVAC loads.

Standard features include EC motors, a direct-drive backward inclined plenum, MERV 8 filters (MERV 13 and 14 available as accessories), and foam-injected double-wall insulation. The DN3IN also includes a 100% face and bypass modulating economizer, integrated programmable controls, and BACnet compatibility. It supports a wide range of internal heating and cooling options including DX, chilled water, hot gas reheat, electric heat, steam, and gas heat modules, with configurations for blow-through and draw-through airflow orientations.
