DN 3RT Standard

Rooftop
750-3300 CFM

The RenewAire DN3RT is a rooftop-mounted dedicated outdoor air system (DOAS) designed to deliver 100% outside air in sterile environments like laboratories, healthcare facilities, and police evidence lockers. It delivers a typical airflow range of 750–3,300 CFM and uses a static-plate total energy recovery core to transfer both sensible and latent energy—helping reduce HVAC loads while improving energy efficiency.

Standard features include EC motors for both airstreams, a direct-drive backward inclined plenum fan, MERV 8 filters (MERV 13 and 14 available as accessories), double-wall foam-injected insulation. The DN3RT also includes a modulating 100% face and bypass economizer, integrated programmable controls, BACnet compatibility, and a stainless-steel double-sloped drain pan. Heating and cooling options include DX cooling, hot gas reheat, chilled water, electric, steam, hot water, and gas heat modules. The unit supports both blow-through and draw-through airflow configurations.
