The RenewAire DN3RT is a rooftop-mounted dedicated outdoor air system (DOAS) engineered to deliver continuous 100% outside air to demanding commercial, institutional, and high-purity environments. Operating within an airflow range of 750 to 3,300 CFM, the unit utilizes a static-plate total energy recovery core to efficiently transfer both sensible heat and latent moisture between airstreams—significantly reducing HVAC operating loads while optimizing energy performance. It is ideal for critical applications requiring precise ventilation control, including laboratories, healthcare facilities, police stations and evidence lockers, offices, and educational buildings.

Static-Plate Energy Recovery: Employs static-plate total energy recovery cores (AHRI 1060 Certified) to provide crossflow heat and humidity transfer between airstreams with zero cross-contamination.
High-Efficiency Air Movement: Driven by direct-drive backward inclined plenum fans with Electronically Commutated (EC) motors in both airstreams, enabling variable airflow control and lower energy usage.
