The RenewAire DN5IN is an indoor dedicated outdoor air system (DOAS) engineered to supply continuous 100% outside air to large commercial, institutional, and high-occupancy spaces. Operating within an airflow capacity of 1,125 to 4,950 CFM, the unit utilizes static-plate total energy recovery cores to efficiently transfer sensible heat and latent moisture between airstreams. This core technology significantly reduces HVAC thermal loads while maintaining high energy efficiency in indoor mechanical rooms. The DN5IN is designed for high-capacity applications including schools, offices, laboratories, and healthcare facilities.

Integrated Economizer & Isolation Dampers: Features a true 100% enthalpy-based modulating face and bypass economizer paired with Class 1 low-leakage motorized isolation dampers.
Durable Double-Wall Construction: Standard 1″ 20-gauge galvanized double-wall casing with foam-injected R6.5 insulation. Includes a stainless-steel double-sloped drain pan for effective condensate management when paired with cooling options.
Smart Controls & Connectivity: Equipped with integrated programmable controls supporting native Modbus RTU/IP and BACnet protocols for seamless building management system (BMS) integration.
Filtration: Supplied with MERV 8 filters standard, with MERV 13 and MERV 14 high-efficiency filtration available as options.
